Education

Education is the most important component out of various components of social infrastructure. The well educated and properly trained manpower can accelerate the pace of economic development. The economic growth of the country not only depends on natural resources, technology and capital but mainly on the quantity and quality of manpower. By quality of manpower, we mean the efficiency and productivity of work force. There are several problems affecting quality education like Poverty, high dropout rates, poor delivery, inadequate infrastructural development and several other socio-economic problems like child labour and other kinds of social discriminations prevailing in the community.

With support from various agencies and stakeholders Matrix Society has promoted Child and Adult education in its various programme locations. We are providing teachers in various Government Schools in Mewat area, With Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan we provided Non-formal Education to the children of Brick Kiln workers and Construction Site workers in various Districts of Haryana. We provide Tutorial classes for street children and slum children at various locations in New Delhi. Conducted Digital Literacy Program for Adolescent and youth at Mughal Sarai, Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh and Mewat, Haryana. We actively conduct capacity building and School awareness program, and to train students & teachers on Teaching Methodologies for effective learning.
