Matrix Society has conducted several Capacity building and adoption of new technologies exposure visits of the farmers where they got to know and adopt new and improved technological innovations used to increase the productivity. Matrix Society with the support from NABARD has implemented Dairy development programs in Haryana, where farmers were trained and exposed to various techniques to increase milk production and breeding techniques. This program had a very positive impact on the income levels of small and marginal farmers.
