Skill Development Programs
Matrix Society has trained thousands of youth and women across India in job-oriented vocational skills, turning potential into livelihood.
Building India's Skilled Workforce from the Grassroots
Skill development is the process of identifying gaps in youth employability and providing targeted training to bridge them. Education and skills walk hand in hand in every career journey. At Matrix Society, we design and deliver job-oriented skill training programs that are practical, industry-relevant, and accessible to the most marginalized.
We have partnered with NABARD, REC, Ministry of Textiles, GAIL, RAILTEL, BSES, L&T, and others to train thousands of youth in trades ranging from computer application and mobile repair to tailoring, construction, and handicrafts — and then connect them to employment or self-employment.
