Governing Body of Matrix Society for Social Services has various dynamic leaders and specialists of their respective fields. The Governing body of Matrix Society has 9 full time board members.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, President
Dr. R. K. Singh, President of Matrix Society, has over 27 years of diversified experience in the social development sector. He possesses extensive expertise in addressing various social issues, including health, livelihood, women’s empowerment, and sustainable agriculture. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and implemented numerous development programs under the banner of Matrix Society. His dedication and commitment to social service are reflected in the fact that he devotes 100% of his time and efforts to strengthening the organization and achieving its mission of sustainable community development.
Dr. Arvind Kumar, General Secretary
Dr. Arvind Kumar has over 30 years of experience in the social development sector, with a strong interest and extensive expertise in health and healthcare-related issues. He is a Senior Consultant in Yoga and Naturopathy and has made significant contributions to promoting holistic health and wellness. As a healthcare expert, Dr. Kumar plays a key role in designing and implementing various health programs undertaken by Matrix Society. Despite his busy schedule involving multiple government and non-government consultancy assignments, he remains committed to the organization’s mission by contributing 35% of his time to Matrix Society.
Mrs. Bina Singh, Treasurer
Mrs. Bina Singh, Treasurer of Matrix Society, contributes 50% of her time to the organization. She is an accomplished women’s rights activist with extensive experience in promoting gender equality and protecting the rights of women and children. She is actively associated with various women’s cells and provides counseling and guidance on women and child rights issues to individuals as well as organizations. In addition to her social work, Mrs. Singh possesses a sound understanding of finance and accounts, enabling her to effectively manage the financial affairs of Matrix Society while supporting its mission of sustainable social development.
Mr. Abdul Rub Asri, Board Member
Mr. Abdul Rub Asri has 28 years of professional experience in the social development sector and has expertise in Livelihood and Self-Help Group (SHG) promotion. Currently, he is the full-time District Project Manager (DPM) for NULM, Nuh, Haryana, and contributes 10% of his time to Matrix Society.
Mr. Rabindra Kumar, Board Member
Mr. Rabindra Kumar has more than 18 years of experience in legal matters. Currently, he is practicing law at the District Court, Rohini as a full-time lawyer and contributes 5% of his time to Matrix Society. He supports Matrix Society in legal matters and also looks after legal issues related to women.
Mr. Narendra Kumar, Board Member
Mr. Narendra Kumar holds 22 years of diversified experience in the social development sector and has expertise in Health, Livelihood, and Women Empowerment. Currently, he is working as a Project Officer in an NGO named SPYM and contributes 10% of his time to Matrix Society.
Mr. Subhash Kumar, Board Member
Mr. Subhash Kumar holds 20 years of professional experience in the social sector and has expertise in Livelihood, Skill Development, and Education. Currently, he is the full-time Block Project Manager (BPM) for NULM, Nuh, Haryana, and contributes 10% of his time to Matrix Society.
Ms. Smita Dwivedi, Board Member
Ms. Smita has a keen interest in women and child rights issues. She is currently associated with various women and child rights cells in Delhi and provides counseling services on women and child-related issues. Ms. Smita is actively involved in the Matrix Board and contributes 5% of her time to Matrix Society.
Mr. Roshan Kumar Singh, Board Member
Mr. Roshan Kumar Singh, an engineer by profession, brings rich experience in the social development sector, with expertise in Health, Education, and Livelihood. His strategic vision and dedicated efforts have played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s initiatives and expanding its developmental impact.

He is a senior consultant on Yoga and Naturopathy. Dr. Kumar being an healthcare expert contributes in Health programs run by Matrix Society. Dr. Kumar despite being busy on various government and non government consultancies contributes 35% of his time to Matrix Society.

Mrs. Bina Singh as a treasurer is giving 50% of her time to Matrix Society. She is an accomplished women rights activist and she is associated with various women cells and she provides counseling services on women and child rights issues to various individuals and organizations as well . She has good understanding of Finance and Accounts.

Mr. Abdul Rub Asri has 28 years of professional experience in social development sector and is having expertise on iLivelihood and Self-Help Groups promotion. Currently he is the Full time DPM for NULM, Nuh, Haryana and is contributing 10% of his time to Matrix Society.

Mr. Rabindra Kumar has more than 18 years of experience in Legal Matters. Currently he is practicing law in District Court Rohini as Full time lawyer for Matrix Society and gives 5% time to Matrix Society. He is supporting Matrix in legal matters and is also looking after the legal issues related to women.

Mr. Narendra Kumar holds 22 years of diversified experience in social development sector and having expertise on issues i.e Health, Livelihood and Women Empowerment. Currently he is working as Project officer in an NGO named SPYM and gives 10% time to Matrix Society

Mr. Shambhu Nath Singh is having 35 years of experience in Financial Management. Currently he is the Full time Finance Manager for Matrix Society and gives 100% time to Matrix Society

Mr. Subhash Kumar holds 20 years of professional experience in social sector and is having expertise on Livelihood, Skill Development, and Education. Currently he is the full time BPM for NULM, Nuh, Haryana and Mr. Subhash is contributing 10% of his time to Matrix Society

Ms. Jyoti has a keen interest in women and child rights issues. She is currently associated with various women and child right cells in Delhi and she provides counseling services on women and child issues. Ms Jyoti is actively involved in the Matrix Board and contributing 5% of her time to Matrix Society.
